Everyday Smiles welcomes and accepts ALL health funds to ensure that you and your family are covered, no matter what health provider you are with.
At Everyday Smiles, we keep our fees as low as possible to provide you with quality, affordable dental care. Whether you are having a dental implant, or are just coming in for your regular check up and clean, we make sure that your out-of-pocket expenses are kept to an absolute minimum.
Depending on the level of cover that your private health fund provides, the rebate for your treatment costs may vary. Typically, you would receive one fully covered check up and clean per year and upwards of 90% off other dental treatment costs.
We will always inform you of any out-of-pocket expenses at your consultation before you receive treatment – so no surprises!
Everyday Smiles is also a preferred provider for a number of major health funds. As preferred providers, we can offer relevant extras fund members a range of benefits including discounted dental treatment, agreed rates – and access to higher rebates within your policy limits.
This potentially allows you to make big savings on the treatment costs for a wide range of oral conditions. You will also know exactly what rebate amount to expect, so you can better plan your budget. Additionally, since Everyday Smiles has a special agreement with these health fund providers, expect your claims to be quick and easy.

- Medibank Private(Members’ Choice Advantage)
HICAPS for on-the-spot claims
You won’t need to fill in any claim forms here at Everyday Smiles. We use HICAPS (Health Industry and Payments Service) to electronically process your health claims on the spot.
All you need to do is provide us with your HIF membership card following your treatment, after which we simply swipe it on our HICAPS machine.
Your health fund’s contribution to your dental bill will be automatically deducted, and you will just need to pay the outstanding balance of the fee remaining – otherwise known as the gap payment.
Your treatment details are always kept confidential, and are sent directly to your health fund alone and no other third party. So you can rest assured that your privacy is protected.
