Payment Plan
We understand your concerns regarding the suitability and cost of dental treatment. We always provide you with a fixed quote prior to your dental treatment.
You won’t be billed for extra costs that might upset your budget. Every Day Smiles Dental Practice provides fixed price quotes so you only make one payment – with no surprises or hidden costs added on after you receive treatment.
Our general dental services – which includes consultations, scale and cleans, and check-ups – have fixed rates that do not vary in price.
At your initial consultation, our dentists will discuss your recommended dental treatment options. This enables you to make an informed decision when it comes to choosing the right dental treatment option to suit your oral health condition, budget and schedule.
Apple Pay
Cashless claims and payments are now effortless with the Apple Pay and Wallet apps.
Just download them on your iPhone or Apple Watch, and tap ‘n’ claim on our HICAPS terminal. You’ll need to be an eligible member with Medibank, Bupa, nib, GU Health and HBF for now, but other health funds are catching up soon.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule is a government health program for Australian kids. It provides financial support for children to receive general dental services.
If your family is eligible, you can access a $1052 benefit for each of your children. This benefit can be used over a consecutive 2 year period.
The CDBS benefit covers an extensive range of general dental services:
- Scale and cleans
- Full-mouth examinations
- Fillings
- Fissure sealants
- Extractions
- Root canal therapy
Eligibility for CDBS depends on certain criteria:
- Your children must be 2 to 17 years of age
- You must hold a Medicare card
- You must have received Family Tax Benefit A for at least part of the calendar year
Your child’s eligibility for CDBS is assessed at the beginning of each calendar year, and your child’s entitlement remains valid for the rest of the following two year period. You should also have received a Medicare letter that confirms your child’s eligibility for the CDBS benefit.
Your claim can be processed on-the-spot at our front desk. Just bring in your Medicare letter, and we will help you complete your claim.
Veteran Affairs
We are registered DVA service providers for our veteran community. If you hold a Gold or White card, we can assist you with the appropriate forms, and process your claim within your annual monetary limit and fee schedule.
We accept all DVA-approved treatment arrangements and fees. However, you may be required to seek prior financial approval from Veterans’ Affairs before commencing dental treatment.
